TESTING XE SOFTWARE

The Testing XE computer control system uses a next-generation datalogger with a microprocessor and TCP/IP interface.

All signals from the sensors (load cells, digital encoders, and extensometers) are acquired in real time through a 24-bit ADC converter with a sampling rate of up to 1 kHz, ensuring accuracy and reliability even in the most complex tests.

The Testing XE software allows input of test parameters through customizable input forms, with real-time execution and visualization of all variables.

Test results are automatically stored in a centralized database, ensuring easy traceability and facilitating further data processing.

Thanks to multi-user management, the database can be shared over a network and accessed from multiple workstations simultaneously.

Advanced functions are available for automatic data upload and results export, fully compliant with Industry 4.0 requirements.

Graphical reports and documents can be fully customized for official certifications or internal use.
