Software TESTING
The Computerized “Testing” Control System consists of a state-of-the-art data logger equipped with a microprocessor electronic module with TCP/IP network interface, capable of managing analog and digital signals inputs and outputs. This is achieved through firmware and software developed by our IT department.
The signals of the electronic sensors of the machine (load cell and digital encoder), as well as those from electronic extensometers fitted to the specimen for direct strain measurements, are acquired in real-time by an ADC converter with resolutions up to 24 bits and sampling frequency up to 1 kHz.
The Testing software allows input of the requested test parameters, through input masks that can be customized to the specific needs of the operator, and then proceeds to the test execution and real-time display of each test parameter.
The results are acquired and stored in a database in a fully automatic manner, thus ensuring their easy traceability for further processing.
Thanks to the fully user-customisable test modules, graphically accurate printouts are available, which can be used for both certification and internal minute archiving.
The database can be shared over the network and the software can be used simultaneously on several PCs, enabling the viewing and processing of test data from different locations, with automatic and advanced data import and results export functions in accordance with Industry 4.0 requirements.
