The Cermac Universal Fastener Testing Kit has been developed for accurate and reliable testing of bolts, screws, nuts and threaded fasteners in accordance with ISO 898-1, ISO 3506-1, ISO 15048-2 and ASTM F606.
The kit includes two load-bearing heads with extension rods, through-bushings and threaded inserts for bolt diameters from M10 to M30. Inclined washers (4°, 6°, 10°) for wedge tensile testing, shear test plates and nut proof load mandrels with hardness 45–50 HRC complete the system.
The kit installs on any Cermac UTM-E or UTM-H machine, providing a turnkey fastener testing solution with automatic reporting.
